The Childre’s Library at Isa Cultural Centre (ICC) is the gateway to a world of fun and adventure, through reading diverse books and listening to exciting stories that arouse curiosity and help develop sensory skills, reading, writing, critical and creative thinking.
A proper safe place where exciting educational games and various artistic and cultural activities are available to discover children’s hobbies and hone skills.
The library welcomes all children and youth between the ages of 5 - 15 years to benefit from its services.
The Childre’s Library contains:
- More than 22,000 books and stories in different languages (Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, etc.).
- Educational and entertaining games
- Text enlargement device for the visually impaired
- A collection of books in Braille
- Theater and movies hall
The Childre’s Library offers free programs, including:
- Interactive narration of stories.
- Artistic, educational and awareness-raising workshops.
- Lectures and workshops for parents, teachers and educators.
- Readers Club.
